Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff admits that he was”distracted” by transfer speculation linking him with a move to Manchester United.

The paddock was rammed and I have to the filly and I had been trying to take everything in – it was a special moment.
The parade seemed to go on and when I got near the winning post they werent shouting Enable any longer, they were shouting my name. I never expected such heat from not just the English folks, but I think that the French were supporting her.
The race went exactly like I thought. I had a great area and the speed was powerful. I was able to conserve ground and give a horse a breather and everything was fine until the Andre Fabre horse loathed it in the past 100 yards!
Dettori continued:The race couldnt have gone better. I need Magical had shot me into the race but after Sottsass arrived I needed to go.
Waldgeist quickened and I did not, thats the distinction. My filly stop and the only thing which made him go was the ground – if the floor was good Id have to the line.
She actually tried her heart out and we came near. I drop a tear on Sunday night, but she moved down in glory, even in defeat.
Connections are due to decide soon whether Enable will race on or be retired from racing.
Dettori is keeping his fingers crossed he gets another opportunity her in Paris next year.
He said:Obviously I had been deflated, but I had the next three races to ride , so I needed to pick myself up and try and get it out of my thoughts.
