Tom Lewis secured his playing privileges on the PGA Tour for Second season with victory in the Korn Ferry Tour Championship.
The event was the last of three tournaments in the Korn Ferry Tour Finals, in which PGA Tour cards were first offered to the top 25 players that didn’t have their playing rights confirmed.
The first two events were missed by lewis but made the trip to Indiana for his first appearance on the second-tier excursion, in which a final-round 65 gave him a five-shot victory over challenger Fabian Gomez.
“I’m chuffed,” Lewis explained. “A win is a win. Hopefully, I can go on and create more opportunities for myself to the European Tour and outside here today.”

The Englishman posted 66s on Sunday and Saturday to take a two-shot lead into the final round, where he made a six-footer to save par and holed a birdie at the third.
